Omnidirectional and raster solutions for close range scanning Metrologic's TECH Series scanners operate at close range and fit into small spaces. When used with Metrologic's MX001 Industrial Controller they provide "no read" and "invalid label" verification. TECH scanners are extremly rugged and withstand being bumped by moving packages while located on the side of a conveyor.
Why choose TECH Scanners? For close range scanning For optional "no read" verification For smaller labels which require high density scanning
Model Summary - Omnidirectional TECH 7 (Model 770) - Omnidirectional scanning from 75-250 mm (3-10") TECH 8 (Model 870) - Omnidirectional scanning from 200-460 mm (8-18") TECH 10 (Model 1070) - Omnidirectional scanning from 250-560 mm (10-22") Model Summary - Raster TECH 7 (Model 775) - Raster scanning from 75-250 mm (3-10") TECH 8 (Model 875) - Raster scanning from 200-460 mm (8-18") Quickspecs Excellent for small bar codes with bars 0.19 mm (0.0075") and wider Scans at close range beginning 75-250 mm (3-10") from scanner Conveyor speeds up to 0.5 meters/sec (100 feet/minute) TECH 7 and TECH 8 have either onmidirectional or raster scanning pattern. The raster pattern is ideal when labels are always in a fixed position.
